Because our product is a digital video tutorial series, we have a specific policy regarding refunds. We will issue a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your purchase and have not downloaded or accessed more than one of the 11 video tutorials.

Once you have accessed or downloaded more than one video, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
